Dance is an intimate connection between spirituality and community.
Movement translates the intricate conceptualizations of humanity into the most articulate vessel of human nature – our physical bodies! It is the most eloquent form of language: a raw and deeply expressive act. There is something incredibly sensitive about moving the body in such a detailed, profound, and beautiful way. This is why dance holds so much power over me.
